Delivery times and personalised delivery
Each piece of jewellery is handmade and personalised, so that you always carry your loved ones close to you. The latest order date is stated with each product, you can find an overview per collection here. To guarantee delivery towards Christmas, orders will no longer be sent by post as from 13 December 09.00 but will be delivered by Minitials courier* from 21 to 24 December in collaboration with van den Udenhout. It depends on your location on which day your order will be delivered, you will receive an e-mail confirmation of delivery the evening before.
*Netherlands and Belgium only In the Netherlands with the exception of the Wadden Islands. In Belgium with the exception of Wallonia. Gift vouchers under €50 are not delivered by courier but by letter post. You will also receive the gift voucher code in your order confirmation.
