Each piece of jewellery is carefully crafted to preserve meaningful elements whether ashes, breastmilk, sand from a special place or other personal mementos. There are several procedures for processing your memorial:
Ash setting
At Minitials, ash setting is carried out carefully and respectfully during a special moment in our shop. In an intimate setting, the memorial jewellery is filled with your loved one’s ashes. It is then sealed with a transparent resin layer and hardened under a UV lamp. This makes the jewellery resistant to daily use, so you can always carry your memory close to you.
Breastmilk
After ordering your breast milk jewellery online, within a week you will receive a package at home with everything you need: a bottle with a pipette to easily collect your breast milk and clear instructions on how to return it (including an envelope and a return label). So we can use your breast milk to make the perfect piece of jewellery. Make your charm extra special by adding gold leaf or mother-of-pearl. Once the jewellery is ready, it can be sent free of charge to a home address or collected from our shop in Eindhoven.
Please note that the procedure for breastmilk cannot be carried out in our Flagship Store. Would you prefer to collect the breast milk pack in the shop in Eindhoven? Then indicate this in the notes of your order, and we will put a breast milk package ready for you.
Sand or other memorials
At Minitials, we give your precious memory a tangible form by incorporating sand from a special place into your jewellery. During a special moment in our shop, we carefully fill the jewellery and seal it with a transparent resin layer. This layer is carefully cured under a UV lamp. This makes the jewellery resistant to daily use, so you can always carry your memory close to you.
